Engagement of major gas industry customers is critical to growing the global gas market. Industrial and electric power users of natural gas consume the majority of natural gas produced, and they are projected to consume even more over the next several decades.
We are very pleased that the WGC 2018 planning team has begun working with major utility and industrial groups to get customers actively involved in the development of the WGC.
On May 2, gas industry customer groups gathered at the AGA offices to discuss the role they can play at WGC 2018 and ways to feature industrial users of natural gas at the event.
This gathering was the first of many anticipated activities through which the WGC 2018 planning team will engage with gas industry customer groups to build the voice of gas, and ultimately develop the WGC 2018 conference program.
If you are involved in any aspect of the gas industry – upstream through downstream, suppliers, policy makers, lenders, analysts, thought leaders and NGOs, you need to be at WGC 2018.
