Mr. Ted A. Williams is Director of Codes, Standards, and Technical Support with the American Gas Association (AGA). Mr. Williams is responsible for AGA technical analysis, development of formal comments, and AGA membership information on federal energy efficiency rulemakings and programs, national model codes and consensus standards associated with energy efficiency, indoor environmental issues, and carbon implications of energy efficiency requirements and initiatives. Mr. Williams has been principal reviewer and author of AGA comments on U. S. Department of Energy/Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy proposed rules since 1997. Prior to joining AGA, Mr. Williams was a research project manager for eleven years with the Gas Research Institute (GRI) managing related projects on indoor air quality and energy efficiency. Mr. Williams hold masters degrees from the Institute of Environmental Sciences, Miami University and the Kellogg Graduate School of Business, Northwestern University.
