Marcel Kramer, who holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Law from the Netherlands,  is President of the Energy Delta Institute(EDI) , a leading international Energy Business School for young executives in the energy industry, academia and public institutions.

He is also an independent energy and infrastructure consultant and a member of several corporate non-executive Boards. He has worked in executive positions the Oil & Gas industry in many different locations around the world and in international organizations ( NATO, International Energy Agency) since the mid-1970’s.  He is one of the IGU’s Regional Coordinators and a member of the IGU Council.
