Leonel Vera was born in Argentina in 1983. He received the B. Eng. Degree in Electronic Engineering from the Universidad Nacional del Comahue, Neuquén, Argentina, in 2010. He joined YPF in 2010 as a “New Professional”, finishing the course “Master YPF in E&P - Drilling” in 2011. From 2011 to 2012 he worked as a Drilling Supervisor. Since 2013, he has been working as Drilling Engineer for the Unconventional Project – Vaca Muerta, in Neuquén.
