Since 1995 Ladislav has joined NAFTA a.s. (Slovak storage and E&P company) and has worked in engineering positions at various departments (Well completion, Well design, dept. of technology etc.). Later on, He became a Head of Operation department and after that Head of Asset Management department.

In May 2007, he was appointed as a Director of UGS Division responsible for operation, investments, maintenance and optimization of the existing storages and development of new storage Gajary-baden.

Active in IGU, WOC2 since 2002. During triennium 2012 - 2015 appointed as a Chair WOC2.
