Bernard Mooney joined GNI in 1982 working in different roles, both field and office based.
Bernard now manages the ‘Customer Care Department’ for GNI. The team is responsible for all customer interactions; from managing the outsourced contact centre to complaints, quotations and customer experience monitoring.
His team are recognised as ‘Customer Experts’ setting direction and sustaining CX efforts across the organisation. They are committed to driving efficiencies and improving the experience for customers, internal and external stakeholders and ensuring the customer is at the heart of GNI.
The team have won several awards for their CX programme in recent years.
