Anton Buijs is Chief Communications Officer of GasTerra BV, the largest gas trading company based in the European Union. As CCO he is responsible for GasTerra's public relations and public affairs policy and activities. Anton is also chairman of the Gas Advocacy Working Group of Eurogas in Brussels and member of the Steering Committee of the Royal Dutch Gas Association. He is publisher and columnist of the Dutch website energiepodium.nl, on which stakeholders of the gas industry, such as politicians, NGO’s, scientists, companies and officials regularly share their views on energy transition, climate policies and the role of gas in the energy mix.
