Mr. Abdelmoumen Ould Kaddour holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the National Polytechnics Institute of Algiers (Ecole Nationale Polytechnique), a Master and a Doctorate in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA. In 2000, he graduated from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration: Leading Professionals Service Firms.
In 1992, he created Condor Engineering Spa (a computer design and development company) and then became its Chairman and CEO. SONATRACH, NAFTEC and CDM (Materials Development Center) are shareholders in this company.
In 1993, he was appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Brown & Root-Condor, an Algerian-American joint stock company (51% owned by SONATRACH, Naftec and CDM and 49% owned by Brown & Root).
Mr. Ould Kaddour also chaired the Board of Directors of BRC-Construction (BRC-C) in 2005, following acquisition of 70% of the capital of Construction Company Buildings of El Achour (Entreprise de Construction Bâtiments d'El Achour).
Since 2009, Mr. Ould Kaddour has devoted himself to consulting activities in Algeria and abroad. He took part in numerous Oil & Gas projects in several countries, including Qatar, Algeria, Senegal and France.
During his career, Mr. Abdelmoumen Ould Kaddour led as a manager many Oil & Gas projects in gas processing, gas recovery, oily water treatment, well junction, flare gas recovery, pipelines, pump stations, an isobutane production plant, a natural gas dehydration unit, studies for optimizing operation of Hassi Messaoud field, and hydrocarbon transport network.
