Confirmed Speakers:

Please use the speaker registration form to receive your discounted speaker fee. If you do not have the speaker registration form, please contact [email protected] to receive one.

Attending a five day event presents a great opportunity for delegates to travel with a partner or a family member, for this reason WGC 2018 would like to offer delegates the option to register one accompanying person to join them during social activities. Please be aware work colleagues are not eligible for an accompanying person registration.

Registration fees are payable in U.S. Dollars ($).

Your place at the conference will not be secured until payment is received.

Both Individual and group registrations can be completed via the online registration forms provided on this website.

We accept the following bank cards:

A transaction fee of 3.75 % will be charged for any online payments.

Payment by check or bank transfer is only available for Groups of 7 or more registrants. Please contact the registration team at [email protected] to find out more.

Should you wish to cancel or modify your delegate or accompanying person’s registration or special event tickets, you must notify the WGC 2018 registration team in writing at [email protected]

To receive a refund*, your registration or special event ticket must be cancelled on or before the cancellation deadline as shown below and will incur the following administration fees.

*Please note keynote luncheons are not refundable. If you wish transfer your purchased ticket to a different day please contact the registration team at [email protected]

Cancellations made after the cancellation deadline will not be refunded.

Any approved refunds will be reimbursed within 60 days of cancellation being approved.

No transfers will be accepted after May 25, 2018.
